part of a collection rooted in the coast salish indigenous people on whose territories arc’teryx was founded, this copal is part of the walk gently series created by cole sparrow-crawford from xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (musqueam) in the coast salish region. inspired by the harvest’s tradition and the lands where it takes place, the artwork portrays light coming through the forest, the stitching’s colour references salmon berries, and the pattern at the hem and cuff forms the mountain design used in coast salish weaving.
